Karma Se7en Body Jewellery*

All jewellery arrives carefully
packed in a nice box and
individual containers that can be reused! :)
The summer of 2015 is approaching - finally - and those of you with body piercings will be wanting to show them off. In my most recent post I reviewed some products from the Body Jewellery Shop, yet I have recently discovered Karma Se7en - a website selling high quality body jewellery. As well as shipping worldwide the website is extremely accessible and easy to use with options to search the vast range of products by jewellery or metal type.
Karma Se7en stock ear and face piercings as well as the alternative of fake piercings for those wanting the look but not wanting to commit or simply test out the look before committing. Unlike many body jewellery websites high quality gold jewellery is also available.

Pink Opal Naval Bananabell - £7.95
Karma Se7en have a range of belly bars yet this is definitely my favourite. The iridescent opal looks great for summer and shines beautifully in the light. Perfect for anyone wanting something simplistically beautiful yet not overpriced. The jewellery is available in 8mm or 10mm and fits very comfortably. This also comes in 2 other colours (white and blue) as well as different designs.

Titanium Blue Zircon Cluster Naval Belly Bar - £6.95
This bar is also available in 8mm or 10mm with only the bottom ball featuring the sparkly blue cluster! Full of tiny stones to create a pretty effect the top has a glossed finish meaning non of the crystals will fall out. In the past I've had the problem of small stones falling out after a couple of months, yet this is sure to last a while making it worth the price if not more - a total high quality bargain. As only the bottom ball holds the crystals the look isn't too over the top and can be worn on a daily basis.

Available in 8mm this pastel coloured belly bar suits any type of skin, no mattered how pale or tanned! The lilac is eventuated by the white bar allowing it to stand out a little more. Unlike the other bars, the stem of this one is made from bioplast instead of surgical steel or titanium allowing for a comfier and more flexible fit. The pastel bar can be found in several different colours as well as different styles including gems within some.

Buttercup Upper Ear and Tragus Stud - £3.99
I was incredibly excited for this product to arrive and certainly not disappointed. The stud can be worn in the upper ear, tragus, lobe or anti-tragus piercings, yet personally I've been wearing it on the middle of my cartilage/helix. This tiny buttercup gives such a cute yet understated look and would look adorable on anyone! The detail is incredibly noticeable and beautifully designed. The buttercup is detailed yet remains simplistic looking and works well with other piercings or alone.

This ring as opposed to ball closure rings allows for a more circular look rather than having a bulky closure ball mid-ring. Although pretty hard to put in and do back up, with some practice or the right tools (such as ring opening pliers) it is manageable. Perfect for helix/cartilage piercings giving a more discrete look. Made from surgical steel the ring is comfortable and safe to wear as many cheap rings can rust quickly or disagree with your skin! At only £1.95 you're getting a high quality product compared to other rings you may find of the same price elsewhere.

Throughout Karma Se7ens website there is a Buy One Choose One Free offer on EVERY PRODUCT which is fantastic! No matter what you buy on the site you can get another piece of jewellery for free! Many customers may miss the chance to take advantage of this offer if unaware. This should be made the most of as not many sites have offers like this that apply to all items! Have a browse and you are bound to find something to your taste.
Also, give their Facebook page a like to keep updated with the newest offers and products.

Body Jewellery Shop* and piercing pain!

Those of you that are pierced will know how expensive different piercing jewellery can be, especially from piercing/tattoo shops! Of course you'll be wanting something that is good quality and that can't always be found online, yet the Body Jewellery Shop stocks a whole range of high quality jewellery! They also have free shipping worldwide when you spend over £10.
All different types of body jewellery are available - practically every type you can think of - as well as gifts, fancy dress, fashion accessories and nail polish! Particularly great for ear piercings!

Rainbow Curved Cone Bell & Threaded Accessories - £5.95
I was so excited for this, in the summer I got my rook pierced so this jewellery is perfect for it. Additionally this bar can be used for conch piercings, lobe, brow and septum! You get 8 coloured cones for plenty of choice and would look fab for an eyebrow piercing imo. For just under £6 you're getting 8 coloured cones too whereas many retailers sell 1 bar for over £6. High quality bargain!
Definitely the trickiest to put in, but with some patience its do-able. The cones give an edgy look as opposed to simple studs.

Pink Glitter UV Labret Stud - £1.95
This glittery labret stud that sparkles in the light is perfect for anyone wanting to feminise their piercings a little more. Looks much prettier for summer rather than a plain silver ball as well as going well with a tan. It comes in up to 7 different colours (or 13 including singular uv glitter balls) as well as being extremely comfortable to wear. A low price for a good quality surgical steel labret bar with a UV-reactive acrylic ball - reputable piercing shops often sell products of the same quality for £8 or more! You get a choice of either a 1.2mm labret with a 3mm ball or a 1.6mm labret with a 4mm ball. Great to wear with ear lobe/cartilage piercings but can be worn with lip/madonna piercings too.

Silver & Steel Ball Closure Ring, Large Outward Star - £2.95
This is so cute and far easier to put in than I originally thought it would be. As the star faces outwards this jewellery can be used for ear piercings (lobe, orbital, cartilage), lip and even naval if desired. The surgical steel ball closure ring is a great way to replace an otherwise ordinary ring piercing.

Give the website a browse if you're in need of new piercing jewellery and I can guarantee you will find something you love within the first 5 minutes!
Also, give their Facebook page a like, great company and products!!

I'm often asked how much my piercings hurt, I only have 11 and to be honest I didn't find any of them that bad, keeping in mind everyones pain tolerance is different! Pain out of 10 (for me):

Outfits that sparkle n shine☾

-muchshineymuchpretty-
Anyone who knows me personally will know my love of all things glittery, sparkly, shiny or just magical looking in general. My love of this fairy-like look often influences my outfit and make-up choices.

Lace, velvet, floral, fluffy;
a summary of my favourite pieces.
My favourite outfit over the Christmas period was the combination of a summery looking dress - I'm that girl that wears dresses throughout winter, the weather won't stop me expressing my incredibly girly style - and holographic heels.

This stunning dress from Motel Rocks is best for summer but can easily brighten up a dull winters day paired with a warm coat!! All their items are amazing but this dress in particular is just such a favourite. It seems to be suitable for any event and always catches peoples eye.

The holographic-look heels are from Topshop. These 'Pewter Brit Lace Up Boots' are still available in black but no longer in pewter. They either aren't stocked or are entirely sold out as when they were first released they seemed to - understandably - sell out instantly!! Paired with a pair of plain black socks (or my personal favourite, glittery socks) they are perfect for a night out but can be toned down with a casual outfit to be worn in the daytime too, easily paired with jeans or a dress.
They are possibly the most gorgeous shoes I've ever owned and have received so many compliments. Several people have said something along the lines of "I wouldn't wear them but I love/really like them!!"
They are unique and eye-catching, so whether it's that many wouldn't have the confidence to wear them, they wouldn't go with your typical wardrobe or they just aren't what you'd usually wear, I would highly recommend finding something similar.

If you like it, wear it.

Sadly they haven't kept their stunning shine and are incredibly scuffed already, reviews claim that they crease easily but part of the issue may be my fault as I seem to just be awful with keeping shoes well worn. Dragging feet? Tripping up stairs?

Head over heels.

Excuse the messy background.

Although the heel seems to be rather large they are one of the comfiest pairs of shoes I've ever owned, including those without a heel. They didn't take much breaking in and are easily to walk (and run) in. They come up as being a little big so 2 pairs of socks is usually good or just a thicker pair.

2/2.5" heel

Additionally, sparkles and glitter isn't all that has been featuring in my outfits lately. Velvet has been in all the shops the past few months and is on practically anything wearable at the moment, whether it be shoes, dresses, skirts, shorts, hair ties, jumpers, coats etc.

Velvet AND glitter!?!
This velvet dress from American Apparel in 'crushed blue ice' has been described as my 'princess dress' which seems rather accurate. The crushed velvet catches the light and is great for evenings as well as in the day.

Worn separately - there is surely such as thing as a velvet overload - these shoes from Topshop (once again sold out, found in the sale) are extremely comfortable and casual, yet still enough to add something to an otherwise plain outfit.

"Everybody love things that sparkle."

"Some girls were just born with glitter in their veins."
